Asana: A study of Hatha Yoga Posture
Pranayama: Breathing techniques
Pratyahara: Withdrawal of the senses
Dharana: Focus of attention on one object or direction
Dhyana: Meditation and contemplation
Samadhi: The union of the contemplating being with the object of contemplation
