Typical sessions take an hour and a half to two hours.
Marma points are a vital part of the Ayurvedic understanding of the human anatomy. Marma points are key connection points in the body where bones, tendons, veins, arteries and flesh join together. These points correspond to internal organs and body systems and manipulation of these points helps to promote physical and mental wellness.
